We strive to accurately describe our handcrafted furniture products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on product availability.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price.
You are responsible for all sales taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other taxes associated with your order.
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. All payments are processed through secure gateways.
We offer white-glove delivery services for most products. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Some rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement or repair.
Currently, we only ship within India. For international inquiries, please contact our customer service.
Due to the custom nature of our products:
We offer a 10-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers structural issues but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

All content on the Service, including designs, text, graphics, and logos, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
